A selection of the best short films
Short films, ranging from the best of Swiss production to top-class offerings from the rest of the world, will be shown in two separate national and international competitions. Around ten films will be selected in each category so feel free to view as many as you like.

Interactive Lab
Platform offering workshops, conferences and discussions on topics of interest to filmmakers and professionals from the audiovisual industry: screenplay writing, film production and distribution, music composition and developments in new screens.

From Downtown to Uptown
2010-06-20Although the Official Competition will remain at the Maison des Arts du Grütli, this year, the festival will inaugurate a new venue for fringe programs and events: the « Uptown Geneva » (formerly the Titanium movie theatre, recently converted into an Art Center), situated right near the station at 2 rue Servette, 1201 Geneva.
Screenings and events scheduled for the « Uptown » include the opening and closing ceremonies as well as screenings in collaboration with partners including Canal + and Pacte Multimédia. Most of the conferences, receptions and late parties will also be held at the « Uptown ». With this new venue, the Festival will be able to offer two strategic venues for its diverse audiences.
